That's right, I'm finally getting down to what I've been promissing. Sorry this has taken longer than it should have.
Each job has a certain number of people doing it. Typically, there will be no more than TWO people at the job at the same time. As in, one or two people working at a time, though there may be more employed at the same place, with the same job, but they're not there at the same time.
Now. Let me explain this whole job thing to you. Your character may or may not have a job. It it solely up to you. Now, if your character has a job, it would be a plus if they went to work from time to time, though I don't require it. Also, keep in mind that at their job, it's not all about working, more socializing with coworkers, and some times customers.
Another thing, they must "apply" for the job here. It is an extremely simple form. Please use this form, and no other form: Name: Age: Job applying for: Why the job is good for them: (One or two sentences. Serious or not, I don't care.)
And that's it for applying.
Now, the most important bit: JOBS!
Place of Employment Job Title Description
The Seahorse Waiter/Waitress- Waits tables. =o Hostess- Brings people to their tables, makes reservations, answers phone.
Sand Dollar Clothing Cashier- Rings people up and answers phone Floor Person- Aids customers with shopping needs, organizes clothing, and keeps things neat Pool Life Guard- Keeps people from drowning.
Seagull Snack Shack Cashier- Rings people up, answers phone Counter worker- Gets people food, keeps place tidy

Name: Rory Dilingham Age: 18 Job applying for: Life guard Why the job is good for them: Rory is a great swimmer and spents most of her time at the pool anyway. Why not help people if your already there, plus it doesn't require dealing with a lot of people on a personal level. The perfect job for her.

Name:Poge' Age:18 Job applying for: Life Guard Why the job is good for them: Poge' was on the swim team in High School, he also taught swim lessons to kids previously. Poge' natural element is to be in the water, so why not start a good name for himself in the process.

Name: Tony Glasgow Age: 19 Job applying for: Waiter at The Seahorse Why the job is good for them: Honestly, there is no really reason to why the job is good for Tony besides that he needs the money. He can apply himself and be a good, responsible worker, depending on how ambitious he feels.

Sounds fine to me, but I'll want to bounce this off Addy first, and she's watching t.v. at the moment, so I won't interrupt. ^^
